Returns & Exchanges

Refund Policy

At Lurami, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not be the perfect fit, and we strive to make the return and exchange process simple, transparent, and efficient.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to ship the item back to us. The delivery date is determined according to the carrier's tracking information.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products provided that:

  • The item is unworn and unwashed
  • The item is returned in its original packaging
  • All tags, labels, and protective materials remain attached
  • The product is returned in the same condition it was received

Returns that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return or exchange request

Our team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Items must be shipped within 30 days of the delivery date.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of shipment until the process has been completed.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Return Shipping

At this time, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Lurami does not provide prepaid return labels.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Lurami cannot be responsible for parcels lost during return transit.

Restocking Fee

A $10.00 restocking fee will be deducted from returns of non-defective items.

This fee does not apply to items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Full-price items are eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
  • Sale or discounted items are eligible for store credit only.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

Eligible items may be exchanged provided they are:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Returned with original tags and packaging

Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Once a valid tracking number for the return shipment is provided, store credit may be issued to allow you to place a replacement order for a different size or style.

Sale items may also be exchanged under the same conditions.

Items may be exchanged up to two times, subject to approval and compliance with our return requirements.

If the replacement item costs less than the original purchase, the remaining balance will remain available as store credit for 120 days.

If the replacement item costs more than the original purchase, the difference can be paid during checkout.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging

Our support team will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items missing original tags or packaging
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Returns sent without prior authorization

Failed Deliveries

If an order is returned due to:

  • An incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal of delivery

The customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

Policy Abuse

Lurami reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, or refunds in cases of suspected abuse, excessive return activity, fraudulent behavior, or violations of this policy.

Changes to This Policy

Lurami reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
