Order Processing Time

Due to high demand during ongoing promotions, order dispatch may occasionally experience slight delays.

Order processing begins 24 hours after your purchase is completed. During this period, you may request an order change or cancellation. Once this 24-hour window has passed and your order has entered processing, we are unable to make any modifications or cancellations.

After payment confirmation and the processing window, all orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link. Please allow up to 4 days for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
